1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Domandata("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@domandata.net if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Collect personal data from survey respondents without their informed consent.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including data-protection laws.
• Distribute spam, malware, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of our systems.
• Impersonate any person or organisation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all survey content and response data you create. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the legality of the data you collect from respondents.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not create surveys that collect sensitive categories of data (health, financial, biometric) without appropriate legal basis, or that target minors without parental consent mechanisms required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Domandata name, logo, and platform software are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our IP to you.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes where practical.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domandata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Domandata and its operators from any claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@domandata.net.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Domandata operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
