How Do I Buy Domandata for My Lab?
Open Settings → Upgrade and look for the Lab Plan card below the individual plans. Selecting Buy Domandata for your lab opens a short purchase form:
Name the lab — e.g. "Smith Cognition Lab." This becomes the name shown on the Lab Admin tab.
Step 1: Open the Lab Plan card
- Turn on Standard and/or Pro seats. You can buy both in the same purchase — a lab can have some members on Standard and others on Pro.
- List emails, separated by commas or new lines, under each plan you turned on. The number of valid emails you list is exactly how many seats of that plan you're buying — there's no separate seat-count field.
- Enter a promo code, if you have one, and select Apply. A valid code discounts the total shown before you check out. Codes apply only to lab purchases, not to buying a plan for yourself.
- Select Continue to payment. Lab Plan purchases are billed annually. Nothing is created until payment succeeds — an abandoned checkout leaves nothing behind.
Access is automatic — not an emailed invite link. The moment someone signs in (or creates an account) with an email you listed, they get that plan's access on their personal workspace. If they already have a Domandata account under that email, access applies immediately after purchase.
Want your own access too? List your own email under whichever plan you want, the same as anyone else — buying a Lab Plan does not automatically grant the purchaser a seat.
