Cint Integration (Cint Exchange and Lucid)

This guide walks you through running your Domandata survey on Cint, which used to be called Lucid. There's only one setting, and Domandata already knows where to send people.

You'll need:

• A Cint study

1. Step 1: In Domandata, go to the Deploy tab and open Recruitment. Click Cint.

2. Step 2: Fill in the details.
   • Turn on Verify Callback only if Verify callback is checked on your Cint study. Otherwise leave it off.

3. Step 3: Click Connect Cint. Domandata sets everything up so people go back to Cint when they finish.

4. Step 4: Copy your study link. Click Copy Link next to Share the study link.

5. Step 5: In Cint, paste the link as your live survey link. It goes on your study's details page. That's all you need to do there.

6. Step 6: Tell Domandata who doesn't qualify. Under Send non-qualifiers back, Domandata usually spots your screening question, like "Are you 18 or older?" Click Yes, Route It to use it, or Choose Answers to pick the question yourself. If you've set up attention checks in your quality rules, click Use My Attention Checks too.

7. Step 7: Publish your survey. Click Publish at the top of the Deploy tab. If it's already live, click Push Changes instead.

8. Step 8: Try it yourself. Under Try it yourself, click Open Test Link and take the survey once for each way it can end. Nothing is sent to Cint. You'll just see where a real participant would go.

9. Step 9: Delete your test runs. Click Delete Before Launch at the top of the Deploy tab.

10. Step 10: In Cint, launch your study.

• People who finish go back to Cint as complete.
• People who don't qualify go back as terminated.
• People who fail an attention check go back as a quality termination.
• People who arrive after their group is full go back as over quota.

Your exported data shows how each person finished, along with their Cint ID so you can match them up in Cint.

• Cint shows error 137. Verify callback is checked in Cint but not in Domandata. Click Edit Setup, turn on Verify Callback, and paste the new link into Cint.
• Cint shows the wrong result for someone. Use the test link to see where each ending sends people.

You won't need these to get set up, but Cint support may ask for them.

• Your study link ends in RID=[%RID%], plus RISN=[%RSFN%] when Verify Callback is on.
• People are sent to https://samplicio.us/s/ClientCallBack.aspx?RIS=10&RID={{RID}} when they finish. The code is RIS=20 for people who don't qualify, 30 for failed attention checks, and 40 for over quota.
• With Verify Callback on, finishing adds &RISN={{RISN}}.
• Exports include a RID column.
