CloudResearch Prime Panels Integration

This guide walks you through running your Domandata survey on CloudResearch Prime Panels. There's nothing to fill in. Domandata already knows where to send people.

You'll need:

• A Prime Panels study

1. Step 1: In Domandata, go to the Deploy tab and open Recruitment. Click CloudResearch Prime Panels.

2. Step 2: Click Connect CloudResearch Prime Panels. Domandata sets everything up so people go back to CloudResearch Prime Panels when they finish.

3. Step 3: Copy your study link. Click Copy Link next to Share the study link.

4. Step 4: In Prime Panels, paste the link as your survey link. That's all you need to do there.

5. Step 5: Tell Domandata who doesn't qualify. Under Send non-qualifiers back, Domandata usually spots your screening question, like "Are you 18 or older?" Click Yes, Route It to use it, or Choose Answers to pick the question yourself. If you've set up attention checks in your quality rules, click Use My Attention Checks too. Don't skip this step. Prime Panels can pause studies that don't report people who don't qualify.

6. Step 6: Publish your survey. Click Publish at the top of the Deploy tab. If it's already live, click Push Changes instead.

7. Step 7: Try it yourself. Under Try it yourself, click Open Test Link and take the survey once for each way it can end. Nothing is sent to CloudResearch Prime Panels. You'll just see where a real participant would go.

8. Step 8: Delete your test runs. Click Delete Before Launch at the top of the Deploy tab.

9. Step 9: In Prime Panels, launch your study.

• People who finish go back to Prime Panels as complete.
• People who don't qualify go back marked as not qualified.
• People who arrive after their group is full go back marked as over quota.
• People who fail an attention check go back marked as terminated.

Your exported data shows how each person finished, along with their Prime Panels ID so you can match them up in CloudResearch Prime Panels.

• People aren't going back to Prime Panels. Their link didn't include a Prime Panels ID. Check that Prime Panels has the link from step 3.
• CloudResearch paused your study. Make sure you told Domandata who doesn't qualify (step 5).

You won't need these to get set up, but CloudResearch Prime Panels support may ask for them.

• Prime Panels adds aid to your study link.
• The return addresses are https://app.cloudresearch.com/Router/End, /Router/ThankYouNotQualified, /Router/QuotaFull, and /Router/ThankYouTerm, each followed by ?aid={{aid}}.
• Exports include an aid column.
